The people of Lynchburg have been using dry rubs to enhance the flavor of their meats since before the turn of the century. This is an excellent dry rub marinade for pork, pork ribs, pork chops and chicken. It is also an excellent seasoning sprinkled on sweet potatoes. Rub seasoning gently into meat covering thoroughly. For best results place rub on meat several hours or overnight before cooking. At the end of the cook try adding our Historic Lynchburg Apple Cinnamon BBQ Sauce for a wonderful dinner.

Ingredients: Sugar, brown sugar, kosher salt, spices, cinnamon, Chipotle Pepper, Black Pepper, onion, garlic, vinegar powder, Jack Daniel's Black Label Whiskey.
