The people of Lynchburg have been using seasonings to enhance the flavor of their meats since before the turn of the century. This is an excellent herb seasoning marinade for smoking, grilling, frying or oven roasting chicken, fish, pork, vegetables, or soups. Rub seasoning gently into meat covering all areas thoroughly. For best results rub seasonings on meat several hours to overnight before cooking.
