Order Status

Click the "Sign In/Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. After logging in go to the "Orders" link to check status. Orders normally ship within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday). The order cutoff time each business day is 2PM central time. Orders that are received after 2PM will be counted with the following day's business. Orders that provide incorrect/inaccurate shipping information may be delayed and/or incur additional charges. iBurn reserves the right to cancel an order when the address cannot be verified or the amount paid for shipping is incorrect.

Click the "Sign In/Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Verify that all items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. Please be aware that a replacement shipment CANNOT be sent until the shipping company confirms the order has been lost, and the associated insurance claim has been paid. In most cases the shipment will end up being delivered much later than expected. We understand this is inconvenient, but please remember that we are not the shipping company. Please create an account by clicking the "Sign In" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our payment options and continue to place your order. Although your order may show prices in your domestic currency, all transactions are processed in American dollars. Our dynamic currency exchange rates update in real-time. However, credit card and bank exchange rates may vary slightly. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Orders usually ship in 2 to 3 business days. (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

Currently shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 for domestic orders. Our live rate shipping will be available soon. At that time shipping will be automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Free shipping is available if the total of your items meets or exceeds $50 American dollars. Unfortunately, international shipping is usually quite expensive. We are constantly striving to find the lowest cost shipping options for you, and we never add markups or fees to our shipping rates.

Please take a picture of the damaged item in and out of the box, then contact customer service for assistance. Be aware that a damage claim must be submitted to the shipper before any action can be taken. Additional information and/or the actual damaged items with the shipping box are generally required to file a claim with USPS. In some cases you may be required to file the claim. Replacement products can be shipped when the claim has been finalized. The claim process can take up to 30 days to complete.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If we determine that we are unable to fulfill your backordered item, your account will be credited for that item. Store credit is also available upon request if the item hasn't shipped within 30 days.

You only have to pay sales tax on candy and merchandise if you are located in the state of Texas. For international orders most food items are VAT exempt. However, if you choose the United States Postal Service as your shipper you may be required to pay additional taxes and/or duties to receive your shipment.
